Room's windows is very small.

The price is a bit higher than it should be

Everyone, everything excellent. Really appreciate all the experience and team members and management of this special hotel. Special thanks to saeed , Abdullah, Mohammed reception team

Clean and comfortable

It takes forever till reception to answer the call

Clean and comfortable

Slow in responding to calls

Cleanliness, flexible check in hours

The bathroom has a bad smell

The apartment had two rooms and a lot pf space. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Helpful staff.

No view, two small windows without any view!Swiming pool full after after 5 pm (looks like swming training courses were ongoing). No coffee machine (while the photos on booking.com were showing coffee machine). Finally, wall clock in the room was not working!!

The location is 5 - 10 minute drive max from most of the popular malls and restaurants. Plenty of necessary shops are the vicinity. The reception crew was exceptionally polite and welcoming, the Room service staff were more than helpful. Great vibes in the lobby.

Location was convenient and close to many spot area , room size is specious. The lobby is comfortable to relax and enjoy . Staff are welcoming and provide their assistance when I need .

Toilet need to be clean well , there is moles around the shower area . Pillows need to be renewed it’s not convenient. I think adding additional services such as ladies salone with full facilities will be helpful

Great experience!I had an outstanding stay at voco Al Khobar, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by the receptionist, Abdullah. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He kindly upgraded our room, assisted me with preparing important documents, and made sure that every aspect of our stay met the highest standards. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly made a difference. I deeply appreciate his efforts and highly recommend this hotel—especially if you're lucky enough to be assisted by Abdullah.

The location is amazing and the capacity of the room is very suitable! The furniture is good as well but i wished they paid more attention to the cleanliness

The Air conditioner is very very hot! The blankets are soooo heavy for summer time! We felt so so hot sleeping with it! And the staff didn’t clean the room in my second day of stay!

Room size and location

staff not cleaning everyday and room service is slow

good but dark suite and not pleasant view !!!

i booked the hotel through booking and choose a suite with a city view BUT the suite was sooo dark, living room has no window, view of the rooms was other building!!! so disappointing

Very clean and spacious place and great staff

The food price is expensive

Great customer services, friendly staff and cleanliness standards.

Confort, Clean , friendly staff

Excellent hotelBut breakfast was from 6:30 till 10:30, I went at 10 but found many items finished without refillAlso parking was very crowded so I left the key for them to park my car, however I found they parked it in the sunny street next to the hotel

Location is great. Late afternoon Arabic coffee gesture is great. Good variety on breakfast but after 4 days it becomes repetitive. SPA facility and gym are nice. I wish I used it more.

Room natural lighting was rather poor.
